Arena Breakout Armor & Bullet Guide

Master the protection system and ammunition mechanics

Armor Durability System

Armor loses durability when hit, reducing its protective effectiveness. Understanding durability is crucial for survival and trading.

Formula: Sellable if Current Durability ≥ (Original Durability × 0.7)

Pro Tip

Always check armor durability before engaging in combat. Damaged armor provides significantly less protection and may not be worth wearing in high-threat areas.

Armor Protection Levels

Arena Breakout features a 6-tier armor protection system. Higher levels provide better protection against more powerful ammunition but come at increased cost and weight.

Protection Level Protection Class Durability Range Weight Best Against
Level 1 Basic 25-40 Light Pistol rounds, shotgun pellets
Level 2 Standard 40-65 Medium SMG rounds, low-tier rifle
Level 3 Enhanced 65-85 Medium-Heavy Assault rifle rounds
Level 4 Military 85-110 Heavy High-penetration rifle rounds
Level 5 Tactical 110-140 Very Heavy Armor-piercing rounds
Level 6 Elite 140-180 Maximum All conventional rounds

Ammunition Types & Penetration

Different ammunition types have varying penetration capabilities and damage values. Choose your ammo based on expected enemy armor levels.

9mm FMJ Damage: 52 | Penetration: Low | Best vs: Unarmored/Level 1

Armor Trading Strategy

  • Only sell armor above 70% durability for maximum profit
  • Repair armor if repair cost < (sell value difference)
  • Higher-tier armor holds value better when damaged
  • Consider insurance costs vs armor value
